Headway is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to build and iterate AI-powered workflows, evaluate and deploy AI-native tools, and lead revenue operations initiatives across provider growth teams. The role focuses on automating and optimizing revenue motions, using prompt engineering, agentic workflows, orchestration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and growth. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in revenue or business operations, strong AI and data capabilities, and a track record of leading large cross-functional projects.
