Neptune Technology Group is hiring a Revenue Technology Manager to serve as the Business Process Owner for its CRM system and related revenue operations technology. The role owns CRM requirements, automation workflows, quote-to-order processes, data quality, AI deployment use cases, vendor performance, and cross-functional alignment, while partnering with Digital Technology and other business units. It requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and cloud database certification, with a hybrid schedule of at least three on-site days per week in Tallassee, Alabama or Duluth, Georgia.
