This fully remote, on-demand role involves providing specialist support to local authorities in Revenues, Benefits, Assessments, and Property Inspection services. The officer will ensure accurate and efficient administration of Council Tax, Business Rates, and Benefits, adhering to legislative compliance. Key responsibilities include processing claims, responding to inquiries, conducting account maintenance, gathering evidence for benefit claims, and performing property inspections.
