Amazon Lab126 is hiring a Reverse Logistics Process Engineer to own the roadmap for operational excellence across its Amazon Devices reverse logistics network. The role defines process-engineering strategy, analyzes data, develops metrics and dashboards, leads cross-functional improvement projects, and coordinates technical site and line setups. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in industrial, mechanical, or another STEM field, at least six years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement. The position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel and offers base salaries of $133,800–$181,000 annually in Lexington, Kentucky, and $148,700–$201,200 annually in Cincinnati, Ohio.
