Description
Amazon’s Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce team is hiring a Reverse Logistics Program Manager to provide technical and operational support for Amazon launches and programs across internal and external systems. The role owns program strategy, project plans, implementation, process and service-level improvements, metrics, stakeholder communication, critical-issue resolution, and cross-team coordination. It requires 3+ years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, and experience owning end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
