The Reverse Specialist will monitor and manage end-to-end customer and undeliverable returns across two assigned delivery stations in the AMZL Mexico network. Responsibilities include tracking route execution, reconciling returns with the Fulfillment Center, managing operational escalations and backlogs, analyzing performance gaps, conducting process audits, and maintaining tracking dashboards. The role is based at a primary station with scheduled weekly visits to a secondary station, requires flexible shift availability, and offers a base monthly salary of $15,687.50 MXN gross plus benefits.
