Description

Sprinto is hiring a RevOps Analyst to support and scale its outbound pipeline through market and prospect research, account and contact enrichment, CRM management, account prioritization, lead routing, data governance, and GTM operations. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in market research, MRE, GTM engineering, sales research, or similar work, along with hands-on prospecting, enrichment-platform, CRM, Excel, and data-governance experience. The position is 100% remote and includes health insurance, accident protection, life insurance, a co-working allowance, learning support, and a workspace setup contribution.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2–3 years of experience in Market Research, Market Research Executive (MRE), GTM Engineering, Sales Research, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with account and contact research, ICP identification, persona mapping, and prospect data sourcing.
Experience with enrichment and prospecting platforms such as Clay, Bitscale, Cargo, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Working knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM.
Understanding of CRM data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, and data governance.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of account scoring, signal-based prioritization, and lead/account qualification.
Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or JavaScript scripting.
