WTW is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its Work & Rewards business, manage client relationships, sell remuneration data, compensation software, and data-based solutions, and partner with clients on broader reward projects. The role also involves rolling out industry-specific compensation surveys, providing benchmark reports, collaborating with colleagues in Europe, and coaching team members. Candidates need at least five years of relevant compensation or HR consultancy experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English. The base salary is €35,000–€53,000, with a 10% annual short-term incentive target bonus and benefits including health insurance.
