Description
Rewilding Oder Delta is hiring a Rewilding Officer to support its Hotspot30 project in Vorpommern by implementing rewilding and conservation measures, building relationships with local communities, municipalities, tourism stakeholders, and other partners, and developing participatory processes. The role also involves stakeholder analysis, outreach, monitoring, communications, visitor management, and nature interpretation, with specific work on a Szczecin Lagoon navigation agreement, coastal floodplain peatland transformation, and an environmental education trail. The position requires a relevant MA/M.Sc. or BA with practical experience, several years of conservation experience, GIS skills, a Class B driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with diverse stakeholder groups.
