Description
Smyth is hiring a Rewind Operator for its Print Finishing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on a Monday-through-Friday second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CEI rewind equipment; inspecting finished labels; following production specifications; completing documentation; performing preventative maintenance; and identifying process and Lean improvements. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, English literacy, attention to detail, basic math and ruler-reading skills, and teamwork and communication abilities.
