Smyth-Green Bay is hiring a Rewind Operator for its Print Finishing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The third-shift role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CEI rewind equipment; inspecting finished labels; following production specifications; completing documentation; performing preventive maintenance; and supporting continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, basic math and ruler-reading skills, independent work and prioritization, communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
