Description
The Rework Technician modifies, repairs, or replaces components on printed circuit board assemblies to meet customer specifications and industry standards. The role performs hand soldering and hot-air rework, removes and replaces surface-mount and through-hole components, interprets engineering documentation, troubleshoots defects, inspects work with magnification or X-ray equipment, documents repairs, and follows ESD, safety, and cleanliness protocols in a cleanroom or ESD-controlled manufacturing area. The position is full-time, in person, and pays $25–$30 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and relocation benefits.
