Loft is hiring an RF AIT (Radio Frequency Assembly, Integration, and Test) Engineer to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot RF subsystems and components for space missions. The role covers RF hardware installation, test planning and execution, environmental testing, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace, or a related field, at least five years of RF subsystem testing and integration experience, and experience with RF testing tools and payload systems. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, relocation assistance, and a base salary of $115,000 to $180,000 per year.
