DAS Technology Group is seeking an experienced RF & Microwave Design Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on designing and developing complex solid-state power amplifiers and multi-function modules for defense and space applications. The manager will oversee product development, manage personnel growth, and ensure successful transitions from design to production. Technical responsibilities include leading RF architecture and system design, utilizing various design tools like VSS, ADS, MWO, HFSS, Sonnet, Spice, or Cadence, and performing evaluations of RF components. The role also involves conducting trade studies, hardware layout, testing, and presenting to stakeholders.
