Telesat is hiring a Satellite RF Verification Engineer to influence the verification and validation of the Telesat Lightspeed LEO system. The role develops verification matrices, coordinates system-level testing, maintains test cases and test beds, performs hands-on LEO Lab testing, configures RF test equipment, supports OTA and system acceptance activities, and collaborates with DevOps, Ground Systems, Satellite, and vendor teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, at least 15 years of satellite communications experience, and at least 5 years of experience with antenna types and satellite RF systems; it is onsite at least four days per week and requires Canadian work authorization and Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance.
