Description
NXP is hiring an Advanced RF Repair Technician, External, to work in its Internal Repair Facility in ATMC, Austin. The role diagnoses, repairs, modifies, tests, and verifies complex semiconductor RF equipment and electronic systems at the component level, including RF matchers and generators. The technician will use advanced diagnostic instrumentation, perform root-cause analysis, conduct load and signal testing, document repairs, and work independently in a fast-paced repair environment. The position requires an associate degree in Electronics, at least five years of bench repair experience involving matching units and generators, RF theory, AC/DC circuit design, and proficiency with test equipment and soldering techniques.
