Description
The role owns end-to-end validation of newly developed RF radio and bidirectional amplifier modules, including test-plan development, test-jig and EVK evaluation, bench and environmental testing, performance qualification, documentation, and transfer to product engineering for manufacturing. The position requires strong RF and analog hardware skills, cross-functional coordination, project-planning, and the ability to validate prototypes that meet specifications and can be manufactured without major redesign.
