Amazon is hiring an RF Comms Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support the integration, bring-up, testing, debugging, and tuning of advanced PHY/MAC and beamforming radio systems for Amazon Leo satellites. The role involves 3GPP-based satellite-to-ground network testing, RF and IF link-budget analysis, wireless synchronization, signal-generation and spectrum-analysis equipment, Linux/Python/bash scripting, and cross-functional collaboration with RF, ASIC, software, communications, and testbed teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of L1/L2 or beamforming experience, and experience with RF laboratory equipment; the position is available in Austin, Texas, and Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of $129,200 to $174,800 annually.
