The role is based in Belfast, United Kingdom, and involves on-wafer GaN device characterisation, active load-pull measurements, de-embedding, compact and passive model development, electromagnetic simulation, automated modelling processes, and verification. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of RF/microwave testing and applications engineering experience, knowledge of RF EDA and semiconductor test equipment, and software skills in Python, MATLAB, or C.
