Lam Research is hiring an RF Engineering Leader to define and drive the technical vision for RF engineering across multiple semiconductor equipment product lines. The role leads RF subsystem and system architecture development, high-power high-voltage RF power delivery, RF modeling and validation, production support, and the development of RF engineering talent. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 15+ years of related RF experience, or equivalent experience with a master’s or PhD, along with demonstrated leadership in complex RF development and large-scale engineering initiatives. The position offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements and a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $166,000 to $350,000.
