Applied Materials is hiring a Senior RF Systems Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to lead the architecture, development, integration, and qualification of RF power delivery systems for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role focuses on plasma stability, power delivery efficiency, process uniformity, reliability, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness, while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and customer teams. The engineer will also lead RF technical programs, mentor junior engineers, and present technical recommendations to leadership and customers.
