Description
The RF & Microwave Design Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team designing and developing complex solid-state power amplifiers and multi-function modules for defense and space applications. The role manages personnel development, new business proposals, product design and production release, technical architecture, RF component design, trade studies, hardware testing, design reviews, customer presentations, and project execution. It requires a BSEE, 15+ years of microwave and millimeter-wave experience, prior technical-management experience, strong RF design and analysis skills, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
