Description

CACI is hiring a full-time RF Senior System Engineer in Rochester, New York, to lead RF systems pursuits and proposals, provide technical leadership and customer-facing systems engineering support, develop concepts of operations and test plans, manage system requirements, conduct vehicle site surveys and OEM product validation, and mentor system engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 10+ years of experience, multidisciplinary and business-development experience, Microsoft Office and Visio proficiency, and eventual Secret clearance; up to 25% travel to the Continental United States is required. The proposed salary range is $114,600-$252,100.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience or equivalent combination of skills, education, and experience

Experience in new business development, including creating BoEs and technical write-ups
Experience working with Product Line Management to add third-party OEM products to an accessory catalog
