Energous is hiring an experienced RF Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, development, validation, and optimization of low-power RF systems for asset tracking and wireless power network solutions. The role covers RF system design, antenna integration, regulatory compliance, simulations, characterization, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, QA, operations, and supply chain teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 5–10+ years of experience developing RF consumer electronics or wireless embedded products, and experience bringing products to mass production. The position is onsite in San Jose, California, with annual compensation of $150,000 to $170,000 and medical, dental, vision, equity, and other benefits.
