Optiver is hiring an RF Systems Engineer to design, integrate, characterize, and improve the analog receive and transmit subsystems of long-range HF communication systems used in trading. The role covers low-power receive chains, high-power transmit hardware, impedance matching, antenna and array integration, simulation, measurement, supplier requirements, and test strategies. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, at least three years of RF hardware or systems experience, strong analog RF and measurement skills, and Python proficiency.
