GlobalFoundries is hiring a Device and TCAD Engineer for its RF Technology Development Organization in Essex Junction, Vermont. The role focuses on TCAD simulation, design, electrical characterization, and analysis of SiGe HBTs and RF CMOS devices, including optimization, fabrication support, test structures, DC and RF measurements, data analysis, and process problem solving. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or physical science discipline, at least three years of semiconductor device analysis and TCAD experience, and experience with Silicon CMOS or SiGe BiCMOS TCAD, RF device characterization, and Cadence or similar simulation tools. The expected salary range is $98,000 to $176,000.
