GlobalFoundries is hiring a Semiconductor Integration Engineer for its RF Technology Development Organization in Malta, New York. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and qualifying BEOL semiconductor devices and processes, conducting design-of-experiments, analyzing results, solving technical process problems, establishing design rules and test methodologies, and improving device performance and yield. Candidates need at least two years of experience in silicon BEOL processing or semiconductor process development, a master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or physical science discipline, a 3.0 GPA or better, and English fluency. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000, with a possible U.S. Department of Defense security clearance requirement.
