GlobalFoundries is hiring a Semiconductor Integration Engineer to join its RF Technology Development Organization in Malta, New York. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and qualifying FEOL and BEOL semiconductor devices and processes, designing and characterizing RF devices, performing simulations and DOE studies, solving process problems, and establishing design rules and test methodologies. Candidates need at least two years of relevant semiconductor processing or process development experience, or 0–2 years with a PhD, along with a relevant master’s or PhD, CMOS device physics knowledge, data analysis skills, and English fluency. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000, with a possible U.S. Department of Defense security clearance requirement.
