GlobalFoundries is hiring a Semiconductor Integration Engineer for its RF Technology Development Organization in Malta, New York. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and qualifying FEOL semiconductor devices and processes; designing and analyzing experiments; solving process problems; establishing design rules, test structures, and test methodologies; and improving device performance and yield. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or physical science discipline, at least five years of semiconductor processing experience, and experience with silicon or SiGe BiCMOS FEOL processing and semiconductor process development. The expected salary range is $118,000 to $210,000.
