QuantWare is hiring an RF Test Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, commission, operate, and maintain room-temperature and cryogenic measurement infrastructure for validating high-density quantum processors. The role involves RF and DC test campaigns, automated switching matrices, signal-line optimization, failure diagnosis, documentation, and end-to-end validation ownership. Candidates need a master’s degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, or a related field, at least three years of test, validation, or characterization experience, RF and DC instrumentation expertise, experience with high-density interconnects and switching matrices, and Python proficiency. The position offers a hybrid work setup, pension coverage, and an 8% holiday allowance.
