Grocery Outlet is hiring an RFC Material Handler to support Regional Fulfillment Center operations by safely shuttling and organizing inventory, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, assisting with truck loading and unloading, receiving purchase orders, picking orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role reports to the RFC Operations Manager and requires at least one year of forklift experience in a warehouse, physical ability to operate various forklifts, basic math and communication skills, and knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a base salary of $20 per hour and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) profit-sharing benefits.
