Description
SpaceX is hiring an RFIC Layout Designer to lead the layout discipline for custom analog and RFIC silicon projects supporting Starlink’s space and ground infrastructure. The role covers floor planning, power and ground distribution, RF and analog block layout, design rule and electrical checks, tape-out integration, EDA tool trials, and layout technique documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering plus at least one year of IC layout experience, or three years of IC layout experience without a degree. The position offers Level 1 base salary of $115,000–$155,000 and Level 2 base salary of $130,000–$185,000, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
