Description
The RF layout engineer will design transistor-level layouts for RF and analog circuit blocks, including LNAs, mixers, PLLs, LO generation, modulators, power amplifiers, ADC/DAC, baseband filters, and bandgap/bias/LDO circuits. The role also covers block- and top-level floorplanning, layout review for power and ground routing, electromigration, signal coupling, differential and IQ matching, top-level integration and verification, schedule management, and collaboration with circuit designers and other product development groups. The position requires a bachelor's degree and knowledge of RC delay, electromigration, and coupling; preferred qualifications include custom RF/analog layout experience, deep-submicron CMOS and FinFet knowledge, CADENCE tools proficiency, and scripting skills.
