The RFP/Proposal Manager creates professional RFP deliverables, manages projects in Loopio, develops timelines, supports kick-off calls, drafts responses, coordinates with design and technology teams, maintains content, and improves service workflows. The role requires insurance-industry knowledge, proposal-management expertise, strong communication skills, and intermediate AI proficiency; APMP certification and Lockton experience are preferred. The Team Lead variant manages and trains other Proposal Managers and RFP team members.
