Glass Lewis is hiring a full-time RFP Writer for a hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring regular office attendance three times per week. The position owns end-to-end RFP projects, analyzes Requests for Proposals and related documents, collaborates with sales, finance, legal, product, client success, marketing, and subject matter experts, drafts and edits proposals, maintains a content library, ensures compliance, and supports sales enablement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of professional writing experience, strong communication and project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and proposal automation or AI-assisted software.
