The role creates clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal responses for corporate governance and ESG solutions, combining project management, strategic messaging, technical editing, RFP analysis, stakeholder collaboration, content-library management, compliance checks, and sales-enablement support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of professional writing experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and proposal-automation or AI-assisted software. The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance three times per week, and pays $60,000–$70,000 USD annually with health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) benefit.
