AndHealth is hiring a full-time or part-time Rheumatologist for a primarily virtual specialty-care role. The physician will evaluate and treat patients with complex inflammatory arthritis and systemic autoimmune conditions, manage a growing panel, oversee escalated cases, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with advanced practice providers, clinical pharmacists, nurses, and patient navigators. The role includes periodic in-person sessions at Community Health Center partner sites and offers a base salary plus a variable component tied to panel performance. Required qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., board certification in Rheumatology, an unrestricted medical license, completion of Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship, DEA certification, and BLS certification.
