The role involves building relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees; achieving sales goals; educating staff on product knowledge and selling strategies; maintaining merchandising and brand guidelines; hosting branded events; completing in-store surveys; and communicating through the Headkount app. The position requires at least two years of beauty-brand or beauty-retail experience, a working smartphone, reliable transportation, and availability for weekends.
