DOCS Health is hiring an Optometry Technician to provide dental exams and treatment to military service members in California on an as-needed basis, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday work. The role involves assisting with patient care, operating optical machinery, maintaining records, fitting eyeglasses, repairing glasses, and testing visual acuity and other ocular functions. Applicants need at least one year of optometric or ophthalmic technician experience, experience with visual fields, OCTs, and fundus photography, computer skills, and their own transportation. The position pays $20 per hour.
