Cluttons is hiring an RICS Registered Valuer for its Residential Advisory team at Cluttons Head Office in the City. The role covers residential property valuation and advisory work, including Red Book valuations, portfolio valuations, Leasehold Reform Act claims, Landlord and Tenant matters, rent registrations, and asset management. The valuer will prepare detailed reports, explain findings to clients, manage multiple instructions, use comparable, investment, and residual valuation methods, and contribute to client networking and business growth.
