Easterseals Massachusetts is hiring a per diem Riding Instructor to provide traditional English and adaptive horseback riding instruction and equine-assisted activities at its 20-acre Equestrian Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The role includes developing lesson plans, instructing individual and group participants, managing horse care and tack, conducting safety checks, responding to emergencies, and supporting participant development. A Massachusetts Riding Instructor License, PATH TRI License or working toward it, CPR/AED certification, and professional equine-setting experience are required; four or more years of professional instructional experience, disability-related experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred.
