Description
Orust Ridklubb is hiring a part-time Riding Instructor and Stable Manager for approximately 80% of the work. The role combines riding instruction for children, young people, and adults with daily horse care, stable operations, facility upkeep, club activities, administration, coordination of daily work, and support for interns and new employees. Candidates should have horse and stable experience, riding-instructor confidence, teaching skills, organization, and collaboration abilities; previous riding-school experience, SRL training, and Hippology education are desirable. The position includes evenings and weekends, a six-month probationary period, and terms governed by the applicable collective agreement.
