Salamander Middleburg is hiring a full-time Equestrian Attendant / Riding Instructor in Middleburg, Virginia, to provide daily care for resort horses, maintain stable operations, teach beginner- and intermediate-level riding lessons, lead private and group trail rides, facilitate children’s pony rides, and deliver guest service. The role requires at least five years of professional horse care and riding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
