Description
The role leads drilling and workover operations at a rig site, directing crews and resources, managing safety and HSE activities, overseeing drilling programs and rig moves, maintaining records and certifications, coordinating with operators and contractors, and handling incident reporting and personnel matters. It requires at least 12 years of drilling and workover experience or equivalent progression, two years in the present position, a high school education or equivalent, and good English knowledge.
