4Wall is hiring a full-time Rigging Department Lead to support Rigging Department Technicians, execute pick lists, maintain quality control, manage equipment check-in and check-out, clean, organize, test, troubleshoot, and repair motors, controls, rigging, and power distribution systems, and maintain certifications. The role requires theatrical rigging and electric-motor experience, computer skills, proactive troubleshooting, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds; entertainment lighting and video experience is preferred.
