Description
The Rigging Supervisor manages rigging crew activities at customer job sites, supervises machinery-moving crews, directs workforce performance across volume, cost, quality, safety, and schedule, and trains crews in rigging and safety procedures. The role requires hands-on machinery-moving work with forklifts, skates, and jacks, project coordination, customer and employee relationship management, and the ability to drive to customer sites. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 10 years of machinery-moving foreman experience, a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds.
