MEI Industrial Solutions is hiring a Rigging Foreman in Albany, Oregon to lead and manage rigging and machinery-moving crews on customer job sites. The role is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for planning and directing operations, training crews, coordinating with safety personnel, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The position requires extensive machinery-moving experience, strong interpersonal and project management skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding field work using forklifts, skates, jacks, leveling, and anchoring equipment.
