Description
The Foreman supervises rigging and crating crews for on-site and mobile customers, ensuring work is timely, high quality, compliant with safety standards and customer specifications, and aligned with MEI requirements. The role includes hands-on training, performance reviews, equipment maintenance, customer service, crew coordination, reporting, and frequent travel to job sites. Candidates need an HS Diploma or GED equivalent, three years of rigging or general foreman experience, technical-document interpretation skills, basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in variable conditions.
