The Manufacturing Operator operates production and assembly equipment in a manufacturing environment, following quality, safety, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, identifying nonconforming materials, meeting production and cycle-time goals, maintaining equipment and work areas, reporting hazards, and collaborating with teams and support staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, some work experience or intermediate knowledge, and the ability to comply with applicable licenses or export-control regulations.
