Privia Health is hiring a Risk Adjustment Documentation & Coding Educator to support value-based care initiatives by training providers on risk adjustment, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding and documentation, conducting prospective and retrospective medical record audits, analyzing claims and EHR data, identifying coding and documentation errors, and scheduling provider training. The role requires at least five years of coding and documentation experience, CPC and CRC certification, knowledge of CMS and AMA guidelines, and the ability to work primarily virtually with approximately four annual trips for summits or education. The base salary is $70,000 to $85,000, with an annual bonus targeted at 10% and additional benefits.
